Our very professional machine operators and their dedicated machines are the core of Bemach. The production process starts at the inspection of the production drawings and the purchase of the right materials.
The actual machining of the shafts asks for dedication and quiet surroundings. That is the route to tolerances of a couple of thousands of an inch. Each long piece of steel reacts in its own way to machining and that is why permanent attention to the machining is required.
We have a MPI Level II specialist in house. And all Class Societies regularly visit us (BV, DNVGL, Lloyd’s, ABS, RMRS, RINA).
